We developed a cloud-based order processing system that centralises and streamlines incoming orders without disrupting the business’s existing legacy systems.

When clients place orders via message, phone call, or email, each order is automatically redirected to a custom-built agent. The agent extracts the relevant information, removes unnecessary details, and converts it into a structured delivery print slip. Orders are then assigned route numbers for specific drivers, and inventory is automatically colour-coded for clarity and operational efficiency.

The system was implemented alongside the company’s existing infrastructure, enhancing workflow, accuracy, and speed without requiring changes to their outdated internal systems.
