What we collect

Information you give us. When you put your name forward on this site, we collect your email address. If you contact us directly, we collect whatever you choose to include in that message, which may include your name, business name, phone number and details about your business.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, we and our analytics and advertising providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site or advertisement that brought you here.

We do not seek sensitive information as defined in the Privacy Act, such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious beliefs. Please do not send it to us.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure advertising performance.

We use the Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms. It tells us which advertisements led to a visit or a signup, and it allows Meta to show our advertisements to people who have visited this site. Meta may combine this information with data it already holds about you. You can adjust your advertising preferences in your Meta account settings.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of this site work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it with service providers who help us operate, including:

• Website hosting and form handling

• Email delivery and mailing list management

• Analytics and advertising platforms, including Meta

• Customer relationship and workflow tools

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. By providing your information you consent to that disclosure. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while there is a reasonable prospect of working together and for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are required to keep it by law.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will respond in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Email

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribe requests promptly. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ormada.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. There is no charge for making a request.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, email info@ormada.com.au and tell us what happened. We will investigate and respond to you.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Visitors from outside Australia

This site is operated from Australia. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in Australia, which may have different privacy laws to your own.
